Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve complex issues using our CRM system while maintaining service excellence standards
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot product-related concerns
- Document all interactions accurately in our customer database
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
- Participate in weekly team training sessions to enhance product knowledge

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in B2B/B2C environments
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with strong written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Relevant certification in customer service management (preferred)
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
