Tanggung Jawab
- Handle multi-channel customer inquiries (phone, email, chat) with exceptional resolution rates
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer journeys and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve escalated issues efficiently
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in CRM systems
- Proactively identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer needs
- Participate in quarterly service enhancement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or contact center environments
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with advanced English proficiency
- Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Certification in customer experience management preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, metric-driven environments
