Tanggung Jawab

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in customer service or tech support role
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Proficiency with Zendesk and Salesforce platforms
- Strong conflict resolution and emotional intelligence skills
- Experience in SaaS or fintech industries preferred
- Certification in customer service management (CSM) is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
