Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve complex inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues
- Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality
- Contribute to knowledge base development
- Meet/exceed KPIs for response time and satisfaction scores
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in customer service or support role
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Proficiency with Zendesk/HubSpot CRM systems
- Exceptional conflict resolution and active listening skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Certification in customer service (e.g., CCXP) preferred
- Data analysis experience using Excel/Tableau
