Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism
- Resolve complex issues using CRM tools while maintaining service SLAs
- Document interactions and provide actionable feedback to product teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless solutions
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer value
- Participate in training programs to refine service skills and product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or support role
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with empathy-driven approach
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; D3/S graduates preferred
