Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve product/service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions and maintain accurate CRM records
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex cases
- Meet/exceed monthly performance KPIs (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Train new team members on best practices
Kualifikasi
- Min. SMA/D3 graduates with 1+ years customer service experience
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce/Zoho preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- High tolerance for stress in fast-paced environments
- Basic data analysis skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CXPA) are advantages
