  • Meet/exceed monthly performance KPIs (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Train new team members on best practices

Kualifikasi

  • Min. SMA/D3 graduates with 1+ years customer service experience
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce/Zoho preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
  • High tolerance for stress in fast-paced environments
  • Basic data analysis skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CXPA) are advantages
