Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Resolve complex technical issues and billing discrepancies using CRM systems
- Document all interactions accurately in Salesforce for compliance tracking
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues within SLAs
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities during customer interactions
- Maintain product knowledge through weekly training sessions
- Contribute to process improvements through monthly team workshops
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or BPO industry
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Relevant certification in customer service management is advantageous
- Experience with Zendesk or Freshdesk systems
- Positive attitude with proven track record of exceeding KPIs
