Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% first-contact resolution rate
  • Process orders, returns, and warranty claims using our CRM system
  • Identify upsell opportunities during customer interactions
  • Document cases accurately and maintain detailed customer records
  • Collaborate with technical team to resolve complex product issues
  • Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
  • Contribute to improving customer service processes and documentation

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or call center environment
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
  • Proficient with CRM software (Zendesk/Salesforce preferred)
  • Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and multitasking ability
  • Positive attitude with resilience under pressure
  • Available to work rotating shifts including weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
