Tanggung Jawab
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% first-contact resolution rate
- Process orders, returns, and warranty claims using our CRM system
- Identify upsell opportunities during customer interactions
- Document cases accurately and maintain detailed customer records
- Collaborate with technical team to resolve complex product issues
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to improving customer service processes and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or call center environment
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Proficient with CRM software (Zendesk/Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and multitasking ability
- Positive attitude with resilience under pressure
- Available to work rotating shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
