Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve product/service issues with first-contact resolution mindset
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex cases
- Identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score targets
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or support role
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Proficient with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Basic data analysis proficiency
- Customer-centric mindset with empathy
- Relevant certification in customer service (advantageous)
