Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues for software/hardware products
- Document interactions in CRM systems and escalate complex cases appropriately
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve persistent customer problems
- Identify trends in customer feedback to improve service quality
- Maintain deep product knowledge through continuous training
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and self-service resources
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer support or technical support roles
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Strong problem-solving skills with logical thinking approach
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk) and CRM platforms
- Ability to work independently in remote or hybrid settings
- Patience and emotional intelligence when handling difficult situations
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and troubleshooting concepts
- High school diploma; IT certification preferred
