We are looking for a visionary HR Manager to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Selatan. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing HR strategies that drive organizational growth, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
You will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to retirement, while championing our core values and employee well-being.
Tanggung Jawab
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract top-tier talent through innovative sourcing and branding strategies.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Performance Management: Design and oversee performance appraisal systems and professional development programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Compensation & Benefits: Review and optimize salary structures and benefits packages to remain competitive in the market.
- Compliance: Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, including UU Cipta Kerja, and manage government reporting (BPJS, PKWT, etc.).
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and organize leadership development workshops to build internal capability.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indonesian labor law and HR best practices.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Attributes: Strategic thinker with the ability to solve complex problems; adaptable to a fast-paced, startup-friendly environment.
- Certification: Professional certification (SHRM, CIPD, or aPMAP) is highly preferred.
