Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement innovative digital cataloging systems using Koha and Library of Congress standards
- Lead information literacy workshops for diverse audiences (students, researchers, general public)
- Manage digital repository operations including metadata governance and preservation protocols
- Coordinate special collections acquisition and archival documentation
- Optimize user experience through data-driven service improvements
- Collaborate with educational institutions on curriculum-integrated library programs
- Oversee interlibrary loan networks and resource sharing initiatives
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Library Science, Information Management, or related field (S2 preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience in academic or national library settings
- Expertise in digital cataloging (MARC21, Dublin Core) and metadata management
- Proficiency in integrated library systems (ILS) and digital preservation tools
- Strong analytical skills for collection development and usage statistics
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia communication with English proficiency
- Experience managing digital repositories and open educational resources
- Certification in digital preservation or information literacy (advantage)
