Tanggung Jawab
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel logistics
- Handle confidential correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping with precision
- Prepare professional reports, presentations, and correspondence in Indonesian and English
- Oversee office supply inventory, vendor relations, and facility coordination
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and track implementation progress
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure data security compliance
Kualifikasi
- Minimum S1 degree in Secretarial Studies, Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as Executive Secretary or Administrative Assistant
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English (verbal/written)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion
