Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Indonesian labor regulations
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and drive retention initiatives
- Handle employee relations issues and conflict resolution
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration
- Analyze HR metrics to improve workforce efficiency
- Coordinate training programs and career development plans
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Psychology, Law, or Management (preferably with HR specialization)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR generalist role
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (KUHP, UU No. 13/2003)
- Proficient in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven approach
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Certified in HRBP or SHRM preferred
