Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding top-tier talent
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals and legal compliance
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems
- Oversee payroll processing and employee benefits administration
- Conduct training needs analysis and organize development programs
- Maintain accurate HRIS data and generate workforce analytics reports
- Collaborate with department heads on talent planning and succession strategies
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR generalist role
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU No. 13/2003) and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in workforce planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Certification in HR (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP) preferred
