Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Indonesian labor laws
- Conduct employee relations activities including performance management and conflict resolution
- Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs
- Oversee training and development initiatives for staff growth
- Prepare HR reports for management decision-making
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS systems
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in HR generalist role
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor regulations (UU No. 13/2003)
- Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Certification in HR (e.g., CHRP) is advantageous
